At The Children’s Cabinet, our mission is to keep children safe and families together. We provide programs and services at no charge to youth and their families in our community. We support young children to young adults, so that they can thrive within their schools, their families, and their neighborhoods. There is no wrong door, and we will ensure those who need us are provided the proper resources regardless of their circumstances.

Emily is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator and is celebrating one year at The Children’s Cabinet!
“I was first introduced to The Children’s Cabinet in 2021 when I went on a tour of the Wilbur D May Youth Center. I learned about all of the amazing programs provided to children and families in our community and the immense impact The Children’s Cabinet had throughout the state of Nevada. In that moment, I knew I wanted to join this team and do my part to help keep children safe and families together. As luck and hard work would have it, I became the Marketing and Communications Coordinator in 2023 and have spent the last year telling our story and sharing our resources with those who need us. There are so many things about my job that give me purpose, but my favorite part is working with such a hard-hitting team who are dedicated to our mission day in and day out. I am so excited for what the future holds at The children’s Cabinet and feel very honored to tell our story.”
